Utusan Bodoh, RTM Bengong? The Star Terlebih Pandai…

Diberitakan semalam kat Bandar Rengit penuh bunting ucapan tahniah dari penduduk dan wakil rakyat disana (kerajaan Johor belanja RM3,000). Kesian budak tu. Tapi pencapaian dia memang cemerlang pun tidak perlu lah dia sedih sangat.

Prime Minister Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi felt that an apology from Utusan Malaysia was in order as it did not report Nadiah's situation correctly.

“The newspaper really carried her up, giving her hope that she would score 19 As but she only got 14 As. I think the newspaper should apologise as it has embarrassed her… She never said she would get 19 As. Nobody would be able to tell until the results come out,” he said, adding that he felt sorry for her. - The Star

So, let see what Utusan reaction after this, will they apologize for their mistake? Setakat ini they only reported Nadirah failure to get 19 A1.

I can’t find any word indicating their sorry for their previous report. Hope to hear it from Utusan or at least from Sunarti Kibat yang menulis kedua-dua berita.

My friend received the sms alert from The Star yesterday noon. The Star news alert only sent 3 sms per day. Kenapa mereka menganggap berita kegagalan Nadirah sebagai penting sehingga dimasukkan dalam 3 berita harian mereka? Padahal cerita Nadirah dalam The Star cumalah beberapa ayat sahaja semasa Utusan menghebohkan ‘kejaayaan’ 19 A1 beliau tempoh hari. Why The Star suddenly interested dengan berita dia? Errrmmm… pelik.

Then, dalam afternoon news, RTM cakap Nadirah berjaya memecahkan rekod tahun lepas. Aku rasa pakcik-pakcik kat RTM dah nyanyok and tersilap bagi berita…Hahaha…
