Aku tak maksudkan kehidupan kita dari lahir sampai akhir hayat, aku merujuk kepada our daily life, segala yang kita lalui dalam hidup seharian. If we manage to fully understand and believe in this philosophy kita akan berjaya mengawal hidup kita dengan lebih teratur and less pressure.
90% adalah hasil dari tindakan kita sendiri, if we make a mistake do not regret it too much. Remember, there always tomorrow to try our luck again and if happen to be kita tak sempat melihat hari esok, it much better, we don’t have to think anymore.. hahaha…
10% are result from our relation with others in our life. Malas nak bagi contoh panjang-panjang, just imagine our daily routine, something happen pagi masa nak pergi kerja macam kasut hilang, kereta rosak, caught in traffic jam, terlewat bangun, macam-macam lagi lah. If we failed to handle this problem betul-betul it will effect the whole day. Masuk lambat kerja, boss marah, tak siap kerja, kita jadi tension, orang sekeliling kita juga akan terkena tempiasnya dan selanjutnya. But if we cool down and plan properly masa nak tackle problem pagi tadi yang terjadi bukan salah kita, we can alter few tasks and make our day smooth and more relax. One important thing is to clearly identify which incident happen cause by outsider and accept the fact that we can’t do anything to prevent it. So let it be and modify our day to suit the problem.
So, one of manager’s job are trying to identify these 20% hardworking workers and reward them fairly. I not really sure ratio ini betul atau tidak, one thing I know kita tidak boleh apply same ratio to all industry. But I believe banyak syarikat mengalami scenario ini. Just look around us, aku rasa majority of our colleagues did not give 100% effort toward their work,

Dek, Gua raso....dek tersilapla...sebenarnya ratio itu is called the 80:20 formula. When a company is doing well 80% of profit is to be shared by investors, mgt and staff and the 20% is used to improve or increase competitiveness of the company for the following year....... and pasal working hard itu pulak....sebenarnya tak ado formula macam itu. Managers job is to motivate, direct and control so that all staff are doing thier part...all are suppose to contribute thier part...yang tak contribute pulak.....hah..kita belasah dia bila masa apprasial..(tapi some tempat dia buat apraSIAL tak ado makna punya..saja nak takutkan staff)... if the company got the proper procedure in place....tak akan wujud case dimana saya buat kerja lebih dia tak buat apo apo pun......because YOU WILL BE EVALUATED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
