13/03/10…The day when my face appears few times in almost all news segments, TV3, RTM and even maybe Awani. The next day, printed in frontpage of Utusan, dalam NST, Kosmo and being copy-and-paste onto at least 10 blog post. Hehehe…
Ok…ok… not exactly muka aku seorang sahaja, actually muka aku terselit-selit di tengah ratusan manusia yang lain or termasuk dalam angle camera tv.
My close friend knew about my involvement in this event few days before. Aku brag to the max, hahahaha…. Print the invitation email and pass kepada mereka.
Yup…! Aku antara 300 orang terpilih untuk majlis Jamuan Minum Petang 1Malaysia anjuran Dato’ Sri Najib Razak di official banquet hall of Prime Minister house, Kompleks Seri Perdana last Saturday.
Start with this….
Then, aku register… after few weeks, received this email…
Replied to the email… then received another email.
… and hasilnya aku dapat makan free di rumah Perdana Menteri!
Dan bawa balik goodies bag yang ada had cover book, mug, fridge magnet, brochure and mouse pad.
Yang best:
1. Makan free!
2. Dapat hadiah
3. Dilayan macam orang besar
4. Makan free!
5. Once in a life time experience makan di rumah PM
6. Borak-borak dengan guard and pegawai pengiring
7. Keluar TV and newspaper.
(Feel good bila ada kawan sms, call, msg di FB mention pasal they saw my face. Memang seronok bila kawan ingat muka kita, kan?)
8. Makan free!
9. Perfect excuse for not balik kampong. (Even my mum call mentioned anak sedara nampak muka aku dalam paper)
10. Met not so friendly new friends.
11. Buang air di rumah PM… Damn, toilet dia cantik siot.
12. Found out Najib’s son boleh jadi disc jockey.
13. Makan free !
Yang Tak/Kurang Best :
1. Majlis tidak terlalu teratur, so semua berebut-rebut nak close to PM
2. Soalan aku tidak terpilih
3. Found out PM support MU and of cause he hate Liverpool.
4. Gambar PM ceduk makanan untuk aku tak keluar kat mana-mana.
5. Kenapa PM suka bagi speech in English?
6. Takde lucky draw (selalunya majlis macam tu ada lucky draw)
7. Air air-cond menitik atas kepala.(see picture below)
Yang Lucu:
1. Ada orang bawa proposal and pass to PM and/or Rosmah
2. Ada orang usung big poster and ask PM to sign.
3. Ramai selit business card dalam poket baju PM
4. Soalan pasal MU
What ever agenda politik atau propaganda yang PM lakukan dengan menjemput rakan-rakan facebook ke rumah beliau aku tak kisah. Simply because aku terpilih…Hehhehe. Kalau aku tak terpilih for sure aku akan cakap…
1. This is another cosmetic politic ploy by PM. He try to potray ‘mesra rakyat’ image by turun padang and organizing so call a tea party. Hoping those who attend the party will… well just like what I did, which is telling the good hospitality that PM and his family gave to us on that evening.
2. PM waste tax payer money by organised not so important function.
3. Those who attend the party simply kaki ampu and attention seeker.
4. PM should concentrate managing the country or at least pay more intention on more serious issue (like MCA crisis) rather than entertain manusia tiada life (Facebookers).
5. PM try to tackle online user of Malaysia after witness majority of youngsters condong menyokong opposition.
Hehe… but again, since aku terpilih… apa aku peduli!
Honestly, aku rasa tak salah PM adakan acara sebegini. For sure makanan semua sponsored. (by the way… Kuzie catering yang cater that day memang best. Dah beberapa function aku attented cater by Kuzie. Tak pernah mengecewakan.) Lagipun, kalau betul it is a ‘lakonan’ by PM… aku still respect dia. Sebab effort tu, berhimpit-himpit dalam crowd. Layan orang ramai nak sign autograph, ambil gambar, terima hadiah (yup, ada yang even bawa kraftangan dari tin kosong hadiahkan kepada PM). With his busy schedule, still spare time layan kerenah ‘orang kampong masuk bandar’ di rumah beliau. Not bad lah…
Kalau fikirkan, if he really want to win internet user heart in Malaysia, he should tackle bloggers dulu. And to win blogger’s heart it is not a difficult job. Few discussion with Nuffnang, Adverlets, infinity, etc…. throw money through them to Malaysian bloggers… for sure bloggers will support PM. Hahahha… bloggers Malaysia majoritinya boleh ‘dibeli’, kan? For sure somebody dah advise PM to do so. Imagine exposer and support he will get if he invite 300 of Nuffnang’s ‘celebrity bloggers’… huge, right? But PM prefer to meet orang kebanyakkan dan listen to them.
Conclusionnya… terima kasih kepada PM sebab bagi aku makan free and beri peluang kepada kawan dan family cari muka aku dalam paper.
Kudos to PM!
